Can I get a free trial or buy a new WebEx MeetMeNow subscription?

We’re no longer offering new WebEx MeetMeNow subscriptions or trials. But count on Cisco WebEx Meeting Center for your online meeting needs.

Please note: Existing WebEx MeetMeNow customers will be supported, and will be able to host and attend meetings as before.

How do I join a WebEx MeetMeNow meeting?

  1. Go to meetmenow.webex.com and enter the meeting number that the host gave you
  2. Join the meeting via the email invitation or instant message that the host sent you. Click the link in the message to join the meeting. On the Meeting Information page that appears, click Join Now.
  3. If you have your own WebEx MeetMeNow account, you can Right click on the WebEx MeetMeNow system icon in your system tray, choose Join A Meeting, and enter the meeting number that the host gave you.

Can I run a WebEx MeetMeNow meeting from any computer?

Yes, from any computer go to meetmenow.webex.com and login with your email address and password. Activation for WebEx MeetMeNow will automatically run so you can set up or conduct a meeting.

Can I increase the number of attendees allowed in a meeting?

WebEx MeetMeNow allows up to 15 meeting participants for an unlimited amount of time. For a more comprehensive solution that accommodates more than 15 participants, and includes administrative features visit the WebEx Meeting Center page on the main WebEx.com site.

How do I Access Help Documentation while in a meeting?

From the WebEx MeetMeNow meeting control panel left click on the down arrow (bottom right) and choose help.

What are the minimum system requirements?

Supported Platforms include: Windows 2000, 2003, XP (Home and Pro), and Windows Vista.

Supported Browsers include: Internet Explorer 6 or later, Netscape 4.7 or later, Firefox 1.0 or later, and Mozilla 1.6 or later.

Mac OS X is not supported for the WebEx MeetMeNow service. Currently, there are no plans to add Mac support. If you are in need of a meeting service that supports Mac OSX please see WebEx Meeting Center.

How do I contact Support for assistance?

While logged into www.meetmenow.com Go to the Support Tab. On the left side of the screen click on Contact Support. Submit an Online Support Ticket by following the instructions. A suggested answer will be provided prior to submission of the Support Ticket

How do I cancel?

You may cancel your WebEx MeetMeNow subscription by doing the following:

  • Log into your account.
  • Go to the Account tab once logged in.
  • Choose Subscriptions on the left navigation bar.
  • Click Cancel on the Subscription of your choice
    (Both WebEx PCNow and WebEx MeetMeNow subscriptions will be displayed even if you only signed up for one service).

How do I uninstall WebEx MeetMeNow?

From the Windows Start button, go to the Control Panel. Then click Add/Remove Programs. Select WebEx MeetMeNow, and then click "Change/Remove".

Note, if are also attempting to cancel the service, you must also:

  • Log into your account.
  • Go to the Account tab once logged in.
  • Choose Subscriptions on the left navigation bar.
  • Click Cancel on the Subscription of your choice (Both WebEx PCNow and WebEx MeetMeNow subscriptions will be displayed even if you only signed up for one service).
