Yes, MeetMeNow is integrated with Outlook email and you can schedule a MeetMeNow meeting through an icon you add to Outlook during the initial setup. In addition, you can start a meeting at anytime and invite your participants via an outlook email invite, or send them an invite through instant messaging. What is the maximum number of attendees for a MeetMeNow meeting? The maximum number in a single MeetMeNow meeting is 10 including the host. The participants can attend via the online meeting and/or the integrated teleconference number. For larger meetings, WebEx does have other meeting services that allow unlimited capacity. No, the dial in on the phone does not work until the host has started the MeetMeNow online meeting. The participants can dial in once the Host has started the online meeting. How do I mute an attendee's telephone? - In the icon tray, click the People icon.

How do I take advantage of MeetMeNow Video Webcam in a meeting? When MeetMeNow detects a supported camera attached to the host’s PC, the host’s MeetMeNow video panel automatically launches. This is to remind the host of MeetMeNow’s video capabilities. By default, video is not shared until the host clicks on the “Send Video” button. This is to protect privacy and ensures that video is shared only when the user so intends. Likewise, if the host selects an attendee’s camera from the camera list, the attendee’s MMN video panel launches. Again, the attendee must click the “Send Video” button. How do I remove the MMN toolbar from Microsoft Office? Right-click on the MeetMeNow icon in the system tray and select Preferences. Click on the Launcher tab. In the Launcher tab, deselect the check box next to Microsoft Office Integration. How do I turn off MeetMeNow toolbar in Microsoft Office Applications? Go to "View" > "Toolbars" and uncheck "WebEx MeetMeNow Integration". MeetMeNow toolbar will disappear. Supported Platforms include: Windows 2000, 2003, XP (Home and Pro), Windows Vista. Supported Browsers include: Internet Explorer 6 or later, Netscape 4.7 or later, Firefox 1.0 or later, and Mozilla 1.6 or later. Mac OS X is not supported for the MeetMeNow service. How do I transfer or pass presenter rights to another attendee in a MeetMeNow Meeting? - Go to the floating MeetMeNow Meeting Power Bar.
- Click on the Change Presenter button.
- Click on the name of the participant you want to pass the presenter rights to and then click OK.
- A pop-up will appear on the participant's screen stating that they are now the presenter.
- The new presenter can select to start sharing their desktop now or later.
- NOTE: To take back the Presenter role, the Host will need to follow the same steps above.
Can you provide an example of how Change Presenter and Pass Control are used? Once you are ready to start, click on Start Sharing. Invite other participants to join. Identify the participant and click on Change Presenter. Once they accept the request, you will be viewing their desktop. Then you can have them identity you on the People List and have them click on Pass Control. You are now in control of their desktop. They can take back control at anytime. Alternatively, if you simply want to have someone present from the content on your desktop, simply identify the participant and click on Pass Control. How do I start a meeting using my instant messenger? After setting up the MeetMeNow client, start a chat session with the person you want to meet with on Yahoo!, MSN, or AOL Instant Messenger. Then click the Start Meting tab on top of the chat window. How do I schedule meetings using Microsoft Outlook? If you have Microsoft Outlook installed, you can schedule a meeting and place the scheduled meeting as an appointment in your Outlook calendar. Simply schedule a MeetMeNow, then click Add Attendee & Send. The invite email will be inserted into an Outlook Appointment window, with the correct date and start time pre-filled. Select the attendees you would like to invite from your Outlook Contacts list, then save the appointment in Outlook. Do I have to download software to host a meeting? To use all of the interactive features in a meeting, you must run Meeting Console on your computer. Meeting Console lets you or anyone in the meeting share desktops. Unlike the old methods of installing software from a disk or downloading and installing it manually over the Internet, your meeting service automatically downloads and sets up Meeting Console for you. In fact, each time you participate in a meeting, Meeting Manager maintains itself by checking for the latest version and automatically updating itself, as necessary.
